Terms and Conditions: Health Food Thyme Loyalty Club
Valid from 1 September 2017
- The Health Food Thyme Loyalty Card is issued by, and remains the property of, Robnea Pty Ltd ACN 601864484
- Application for, and/or use of your Loyalty Card, is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
- To earn points for a transaction, the card must be presented at the register at the commencement of the transaction. If the card is not presented, the transaction cannot be recorded against the member's card, and therefore points cannot be granted.
- Points cannot be granted retrospectively.
- Discounts cannot be accumulated, and points cannot be accrued on sale or discounted items.
- Four loyalty points are earned for every $1.00 spent
- Health Food Thyme may, at their discretion, offer bonus points during special promotions on selected products or services.
- Points will expire after two years.
- A $10 voucher will be automatically issued once 2,000 points have been accrued.
- The redemption value of points may be varied at Health Food Thyme's discretion. Any change shall not affect points issued prior to the date of change.
- The Loyalty Card must be presented when redeeming a voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed by non-members.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or sale items.
- Vouchers may only be used in one transaction and may only be redeemed once.
- Vouchers will expire 3 months from the date of issue. Expired vouchers are not redeemable and amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
- Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- To be eligible for a birthday voucher, members must provide their date of birth. The birthday voucher will be loaded onto your profile on your birthday, and will be valid for 28 days from the date of issue.
- You must notify Health Food Thyme on (03) 9725 9907 if your Loyalty Card is lost or stolen, or your personal details change.
- Points may, at Health Food Thyme's discretion, expire or be cancelled.
- Health Food Thyme reserves the right to accept or reject any application for a Loyalty Card at its sole discretion, or to suspend or terminate a Loyalty Card for any breach of the Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent use of the card.
- Points can only be earned and redeemed by the holder of a Loyalty Card in respect of their personal shopping. Points cannot be earned on purchases of commercial quantities of goods or services.
- Health Food Thyme reserves the right to suspend, vary, alter or amend all or any part of these Terms and Conditions, or terminate the Loyalty card program at any time.
