Coconut cream is not the juice found inside a coconut, but the diluted
cream that is pressed from well matured coconuts. The white flesh of the
mature coconut is finely grated then steeped with hot water then
pressed.
Ingredients: Organic coconut extract, guar gum (less than 0.5%)
Allergy Advice: Sulphur dioxide from natural coconut may be present.
