Melrose Organic Unrefined Oleic Sunflower Oil
A new development which creates a stable oil with excellent temperature
stability and highly suitable as a cooking oil.
Organic Sunflower Oil is produced by pressing Organic Sunflower seeds at less than 40ºC. The oil is then bottled under nitrogen and packed in amber glass to reduce both photon and auto-oxidation. This preserves nutritional value, and helps maintain its fresh taste.
