Buckinis are made with Buckwheat. Buckwheat, despite its name, is not
actually wheat. In fact it is not even a grain, it is a fruit. It
belongs to the Achene family of fruits, which includes strawberries.
To activate the Buckwheat, we soak it, wash and rinse it, then dehydrate it at low temperatures (under 40 degrees celcius).
