Rescue Sleep combines the famous Rescue Remedy with White Chestnut, another of Dr. Bach's 38 Bach Original Flower Remedies.

Rescue Sleep has been traditionally used to relieve sleeplessness associated with recurring and worrying thoughts. Assists with the relief of nervous tension, stress, agitation or despair and provides a sense of focus and calm.

Contains: 152µL/mL (equivalent to 15.2µg/mL of fresh plant) of each Rock Rose (Helianthemum nummularium) tincture, Impatiens (Impatiens glandulifera) tincture, Clematis (Clematis vitalba) tincture, Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum) tincture, Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera) tincture and 238µL/mL (equivalent to 23.8µL/mL of fresh plant) of White Chestnut (Aesculus hippcastanum) tincture.
