Postage & Delivery

How will my order be sent?
Your order will be sent by Australia Post’s Registered Post service to ensure that in the event your order is lost or damaged during transit it will be covered.

Do you ship internationally?
At present we do not ship internationally. We may look at this option in the future.

How do you calculate postage?
We calculate postage by weight of the product including all packaging material. You can calculate postage before you order ?!?!?!

What will you use to pack my order?
We will be re-using packing material we have received from our own orders as much as we can; not only does this keep costs down but helps us to re-use some material that is non-recyclable.

When is the best day to order?
There is no real best day. If we receive your order and are able to pack it on the same day, it will generally be shipped that same day. Orders are shipped 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. If you make an order after close on Friday or the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday.

My order is taking longer than expected, is there a problem?
Normally if you order is taking longer than expected it is due to a product being out of stock. In the event that a product is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you on its arrival date. If we haven’t contacted you about an out of stock item and your still waiting for your order, contact us by phone or email and we’ll get right on it.
