What currency are products listed in?
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars.

How much does shipping cost?
After adding products to Cart, complete your shipping details and the shipping costs will be calculated.

How do I search for a product?
The Product Search box is located in the top left hand corner. Searching for products can be done in a few ways; by brand, product name or part of the product name. You can also use the Intolerances filter to display, or not display certain intolerances. We hope to add support for ailment and symptom searching in the future.

I tried searching for a product but could not find it, can you help?
If you cannot locate a product through the Product Search there could be a few possibilities; we do not carry the product, we do carry the product but have not updated the product listing or there has been a spelling mistake. In any case if you have exhausted all search possibilities send us email through the Contact Us page and we will assist you.

How do I order products?
To order a product simply click on the "Add to cart" button and the product will be added to your Shopping Cart, located in the top right hand corner. When viewing your Shopping Cart you can change quantities and even remove products altogether. Once you have finished shopping you can either click the "Checkout" link in the top right hand corner or when viewing your Shopping Cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

How will you use my information?
We here at Health Food Thyme have very strong feelings towards privacy. The information you supply us will only be used to send out your order and enable us to get in contact with you should a problem arise. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

How will my order be sent?
Your order will be packed by us personally and sent by Australia Post. For other postage related information please refer to the Postage and Delivery section.  

Do you stock more products in store?
There are many products that we sell in store that we do not sell through our website, namely refrigerated products due to the nature of their packing requirements. Other products such as our Alkaline Water or Salt Lamps are also not sold through the website as they are too awkward and heavy for postage.

I found an error on your site, what should I do?
Manufacturers may change the way a product looks, the package size, nutritional information or even ingredients. We do our best to keep our website as up to date as possible, but in the end we are only human. If you receive a product that is not what you ordered due to a mistake or error on our website, or just happen to comes across a mistake, contact us by phone or email and we’ll get it sorted.
